So i have an i5 6600, gtx 1070 and 1x8gb 2133mhz ram and my fps on csgo deathmatch varies like 100-250 and sometimes even 90fps. I ran msi afterburner and the gpu usage was only at 9-12% and my settings on csgo are all low 1024x768. What it frustrates me is that i see videos on youtube with guys with the same setup getting 200-300 fps contant maybe even more and they have like 50% gpu usage on almost the same settings.

Solution

1 - No, it isn't.

2 - As has been pointed out, the monitor's refresh is 75Hz. So, regardless of eyesight, the monitor can never display more than 75 frames per second

Thats so wrong, i can clearly see the difference between 100 and 200 fps even tho im playing on 75hz and planing to get a 144hz monitor so it would not be nice to play with 100fps

How can you see the difference between 144 and 200 frames? The monitor does not display more than 144 frames? Do you override the refresh rate? Is the game more fluid or smooth?

I meant i can see the difference from 100fps to 200 fps in smoothness, and i said i am planning buying a 144hz monitor but im afraid cause sometimes my frames are under 144

The human eye does not work that way. You can't see 200fps. If you don't believe me, you can do some research online on this. Also note that peripheral vision sees speed more than the center of your vision does... so, yes, quite literally, you can see faster from the corner of your eye than straight on.

Again, it is not about my sight. The Monitor does not physically display more than its refresh rate allows.

Im not saying it is, but it feels like crap when it drops from 200-250 to 100
