My PC shut itself off out of nowhere

Hi there, I am quite concerned about this. Here is my completed built (I know, not exactly a gaming beast, but it's all I could afford at the time): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DMt6MZ

I have a few online courses through a program Harvard Medical School has, and I was watching one of the videos for a lesson, and out of nowhere, my PC shut off! It then automatically tried to restart and failed... It did that a second time and finally booted up. I am using a UPS with a surge protector built-in, specifically this one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/apc-back-ups-450va-battery-back-up-system-black/5554800.p?skuId=5554800
I have no reason to believe it was a surge since the UPS didn't blink or make the beeping noise (that it's supposed to), but I'm sure it isn't impossible. I use a Razer mouse and keyboard, and for some reason, while my PC is off if I tap one of the buttons, the RGB's on the keyboard and mouse light up! I'm not saying there's a correlation, but I find it odd that the keyboard and mouse are still receiving power from the USB ports. I built my system in January of 2016, and have had virtually no issued since... But I am concerned why it randomly did that... Any ideas? Do I need to test any parts for damage?

Turns out I freakin' bumped the power cable slightly, so it wasn't seated all the way... *facepalm*.

My PC is up and running right now, so I'm not sure if any of those tests would even help differentiate what went wrong. Y'know?
