I tried a thing that was heavy on the GPU but it only got to 70c. so i thought it was ok. but later it stays at 50c when gaming and highest 43%. i have gtx 1070 and i5 6600.

I think the OP's problem is that when he's playing games, the GPU wont be utilized 100%, which leads to low fps.

Are you sure you aren't using a power efficient power plan? I would recommend using "high performance" power settings mode. You can also play around with Nvidia's control panel to try make it work at maximum performance.

I'm not sure what your question is, but generally speaking, graphics cards are good at 80C+. nVidia state the max for the 1070 is 94C. I wouldn't expect your fans to really whine until temps get higher than 70C, but you can set these thresholds.

Basically it sounds like your GPU is running great and chewing up anything you through at it without breaking a sweat.

the problem is that it lags when playing games, and i thought it was because of my GPU.
