When I run linux mint live cd, it gives me info about kernel panic. Tried from usb and from burnt cd. No avail
When I run Windows 7 install, it gets stuck at this colorful windows logo that usually disappears in 10-50 seconds on my other windows installation on other computer. My longest wait period was 30 minutes. Nothing
When I run Win XP usb install drive, it just bypasses it and goes straight to some weird linux that is preinstalled (and it doesn't even allow me to use apt-get, so it's useless without package manager).

I disabled fastboot and secure boot in bios options, because I inferred that from googling other things. I'd be happy if either win 7 or linux mint were able to be installed, so far no luck. I'm wondering how did they even install this bundled linux into it

Solution
That is a Windows 10 x64 only machine. There are no drivers for any earlier Windows so it would be a futile exercise, I would just reinstall Windows 10.

If you want to run it off a Live Linux build, I would try a USB stick with a 64 bit Linux Ubuntu version made with THIS tool.
