Asrock motherboard stopped working and wont show any sign of life

Hello.
My motherboard was working at the weekend fine when i thought of taking it with me to my dorm to use it i put it in a box and carried it over. When i get to the dorm i inserted the motherboard in my mates case as i was turning it on everything worked the fans were turning and everything but didnt see anything on the screen then the motherboard stopped working and cant be turned on anymore nothing happens when the poweron button is pressed.
Motherboard: AsRock H81M-VG4
Ram DDR3: 4GB Stick and 2GB stick
Processor: Pentium g3240
Video card: R7 260x 2GB

Things i have tried:
1) Tried changing the cmos battery
2) Removed both rams
3) Put in another case (Thought mby the psu was broken)
The motherboard isnt giving anysound if the ram is missing or any light are flashing

Ok you tried 'another case', meaning, a different PSU? No sound, no beep with no ram, then there is no POST going on, it sounds like the motherboard is not powering on. If it were my board, I would take it out of the case and assemble it on a cardboard box on the kitchen table to be able to see clearly and check everything easily. I would then do what you did, boot with no ram, try another PSU. With your results, I would then remove the CPU and check that the chip connectors look good, motherboard socket looks good, pins good nothing bent. Then reseat it, stick the heatsync on it and try again with nothing else other than PSU on it. You are looking for the post fail beep. Hopefully you get the beep. Good luck.
