How to connect usb ports on case?

There should be wires coming from the inside front of the case, they go to those headers respectively.

If you still have the motherboard/case manual - use it. The case USB cables usually are stored somewhere in the front when the case is opened up. Basically, the USB cables go into the USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 slots on the motherboard. Try to locate them before connecting the cables.
