Why does a black window pop up for only a second when after I turn on my computer?

Hi I just got a new computer and it's running on Windows 10. Besides the first couple of days every time I start my computer there is what appears to be a command prompt box that pops up for a second. It doesn't display any text in there, but it does worry me. I have never seen that happen to any of my computers in the past..

Some windows thing doing a windows thing. don't worry.
Or some other software you've installed doing it.

most times on first boot of clean windows install you see that window. if it keeps popping up then look online as t osome of the fixes.
