No Ports Open For Port Forwarding

I am trying to port forward on a Ubee router, but I can't find any open ports. When I check with canyouseeme.com it says it can't find my service no matter what. I need help because I really would like to forward certain ports. I made sure my ISP did not have the ports blocked, and it still wont work. It shows up that its forwarded, but nothing can find the service.

Solution
The goal of trying to test the service from inside the network is it bypasses the router. If it works from inside, but not outside, your network then the issue is most likely with the router. If it does not work from inside the network, then there is an issue with the service. My understanding is you just have one computer, so you can't test it from inside the network, correct?
1. Are you getting connection refused or connection timed out? If you go 1 port higher, do you get the same message?
2. Is your service running? Is it accessible from inside the network?
3. Do you have any other network devices other than the Ubee?
4. Is your connection cable, fiber, DSL (phone line), other?

I get a timed out issue the service that I am trying to forward does not work, I don’t have any other network devices and I am running off of cable internet. Spectrum to be more exact.

It would be nice if you had another computer or a phone (?) on your network to test the service and make sure it's working. Without that, it's hard to say if the port forwarding is not working or if it is forwarding correctly, but your service is not working.

I was looking over the owner manual for this Ubee router ... http://www.ubeeinteractive.com/products/cable/wireless-gateways/ddw262-wireless-cable-modem-and-router ... don't know if that is your model. Saw something on page 36. In Advanced Gateway Setup/Options ... the first option is block all incoming traffic (WAN blocking). If this is enabled it may be stopping the port forwarding.

For your forwarding rule, is the internal port and external port the same?

What is the error message you get from canyouseeme if you try a port one more than your desired port? (I want to know if you get timed out or refused ... if the message is different from the message you get for your desired port then the port forward is likely working, but it is not reaching the service or the service is not replying.)

I have my phone connected to it and it works just fine. Can you see me tells me it can see my service on any port. WAN blocking is disabled.

So, when the phone is on WiFi your service works fine. When WiFi is off the service does not work ... correct?

From the limited information you have given, I assume you have setup the port forwarding correctly. The other thing that can block incoming data is the windows firewall. What happens if you disable the windows firewall?

Well I tested the port on my laptop and it won’t work. When I turn the firewall off it still won’t work. On my phone I can’t test the service. I thought you meant if the network was working for some reason.

I think I have figured out the problem. When I was forwarding I was looking for open ports on the wring IP. Thanks anyways.
