Hi.
I want to create a Windows 8.1 boot USB. I downloaded iso with media creation tool and burned it with rufus. but it doesn't boot. Downloaded an iso with windowsiso.net and burned it using rufus still the usb does not boot the computer.
nothing wrong with the computer because I tried booting with windows 10 and Ubuntu usbs I have and they all boot the computer normally. I don't know what is wrong with it I created an win 7 iso and used other brand pen drive to create the boot disk but it does not boot either.
I have used the same USB drive to create bootable USB in the past that worked ok. I don't know what is wrong now..
can someone please help me?
