MY UPS is Ok when It is connected with Electric. But when Electrity Gone My UPS not Giving me Backup Properly. But My Battery is Ok (Output 12V). Now what I Do???
Please tell me why my UPS creating this Problem.

12V is too low for end-of-charge on a 12V lead acid - that is only the nominal voltage.

Your float voltage should be upwards of 13.5V. This could be a bad battery or a bad charger.

Can you please describe the exact symptoms?
