The problem is that there is not screws they are bolt that you can turn with hands but in order to make them more tight i have used my small pliers to tighten them this is what i have done

Thank you for your help guys the bolts has a screw on the head of the bolt but the probpem is that my bolts go into the standing botton that are on the mobo so i cant get to use the screw drive to tighten them because the bolts when i put them i begin to tighten them the screw head will be down and the metal botton will be up so i cant get to tighten it with my screw driver so this is why i use a plier i am verry carefull person and i need to know from you what to do should i remove everything and tighten everyrhing with my hands i am very affraid that i will damage my cpu and mobo with the cpu cooler tightened very much using pliers and thank you

I've no idea what you mean, BUT you need a reasonable amount of pressure, I see no problem, hand tight is not tight enough.

Hey man this is what i am talking about sorry for my english this is the mounting handles or bolts i dont know what they are called http://media.bestofmicro.com/P/K/317144/original/evga_superclock-cooler_brace.jpg

And you put the cooler that has holes in it that enter in the botton and a nut that you pit on the botton and tigjt it rhis is what i mean so am i good you are saying by tightening them with a small plier i mean i have tightened it very much so the nuts wont move anymore
