My specs are
Intel core 2 duo e6300
2gb ram ddr2
Geforce gt 610 2gb graphics card
PS: i am running bfbc2 on 30 -45 fps on low and AC3 on 20-35fps

Solution

Neither do I. Not very many benchmarks running that game in a core 2 duo system with a gt 610 and 2gb of ram. If I had to guess it will likely dip below 30fps regularly especially in say a 64 player match or even 42.

Yeah, not very well as that 2gbs or ram will be a huge bottle neck and you'll probably barely see playable fps on low settings, especially how slow that cpu is too.

Minimums are 4gbs ram and a dual core over 3ghz, so yeah I doubt you'll hit 30 fps in the start menu

The min requirement for ram in bf3 is 2gb. However you have to consider the RAM your OS and programs use as well, when playing bf3 you should close everything and make sure your computer is using as little ram as possible on idle. If you exceed your 2gb of ram in use while playing bf3, your hard drive will be used as RAM which will likely cause the game to horribly stutter and make it unplayable.

I was able to run single player bf3 on my girlfriends low end laptop w/ just amd integrated graphics 30 fps -ish with some dips , so if you can manage with that then ur fine, but i wasnt able to get any playable fps on multiplayer

What you have to realize is your GF's laptop most likely has a quad core or a dual core at a much faster speed. He has a dual core that's just over 1ghz
