First of all my English is very bad so have fun laughing. So one day I was thinking to take off my cpu cooler, which is btw Intel socket cpu cooler. The next day I started the pc and the temps were 80-90 C in cpu and in motherboard (notice that my other specs were 30-40 C). I ordered new fan in the case and I changed the thermal paste (mastercooler mastergel pro). It workd a litlle but the temps were still in 60-70 C. Before I took off my cpu fan my temps were 30-40 C. And I have cleaned the pc.
Here is my motherboard and cpu if it helps
Intel core i5 4460 3.20Ghz
(Motherboard) Acer Predator G3-605 LGA1150

Solution

Then the pins are not fully inserted or you applied too much thermal paste and the CPU is isolated from the cooler. You need little thermal paste to fill the voids; the size of a cooked grain of rice is plenty.
Pretty sure something happened in the re-install, perhaps the CPU cooler is not properly mounted on the CPU. Pull the cooler and check to see how the paste smeared out, there should only be a very thin layer of paste on the surfaces. I assume that the fan is spinning normally.

And there is no way I will laugh at your English, probably much better than my ability to speak/write your language. We need to embrace our diversity.

UPDATE: How are you checking your temps? HWMonitor or something like that?

I checked my paste and it looked ok. It was thin and well spreaded. The fan was little loose but it didn’t change anything after tightening. The fan works ok. I am checking my temps in BIOS, Speccy and in CPU-Z

I put this time less thermalpaste and it worked! Now the temps are around 30-35 C! Thank you!!
