Razer Man O' War not detected in Synapse

I recently got the razer Man O War Wireless, and downloaded Synapse. After going in audio manager, it still didn't show up in the synapse. But it still plays the game/ music through the headset. The headset isn't an option in the drop down menu. I have checked to make sure i have the right Synapse, and I do. Any help would be great!

This is a known issue with Man O War and Synapse. It a Synapse bug. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse or unplugging and replugging USB into different ports. Other than that if you have the latest Synapse and can't get Synapse to recognize it I would contact Razer support.
