What kind of PSU can fit and work on Optiplex 780 SFF?

I'm looking to upgrade the PSU of my Optiplex 780 SFF and I would like to know which kind of PSU will fit and work in it.

You can look for a PSU from the same size Optiplex 745. These came with 130W Pentium Ds and had a 275W 2x 12V. rail PSU. The Dimension 9200c, and XPS 210 used the same one I believe.

NOPE, there is really nothing you can do with it, the whole system is highly proprietary.

You can't even take the motherboard out and put it in another case because it's a BTX motherboard, won't work with any case today.

So the best thing you can do is get another PC, and NOT an SFF no matter what you do.
