The 1080ti is around 22% faster than the 1080, but one thing to keep in mind is how high GPU prices are right now. If you can find one even close to MSRP I'd be pretty damn surprised.

To jump on Mek's bandwagon, I'm seeing insane prices on GPU's right now... Like 800 bucks for a 1080 and 1100 or more for a Ti... It's really a problem for people trying to upgrade or build a new rig...
