Keyboard Keys Not Working

I just got the K551 VARA by Redragon and right when I plugged it in I noticed that the letter "A" does not work unless I put pressure on the key. This is really hrd especially when gaming. I need help figuring out what to do to fix this. I don't want to return it. it is a mechanical keyboard.

There is no magical fix for this issue. You just bought a brand new keyboard and one of the switches are defective. Return it and get a new one.

That's what I am doing I just did not want to go through the hassle of trying to find a printer I can use and print offf a return label. I always seem to get defective keyboards with this company, but nobody else seems to have the problem.

I had a favorite Mionix Zibal keyboard with nice and sturdy cherry black keys that I had to rebuy twice. Every time the keys would stop working on half the keyboard. It was just poor manufacturing. I had to give up on the brand. It just happens sometimes with any product, and I agree it sucks.

This keyboard was just a defect I look through the internet and could not find anything about it.
