GTX 1050 fans spinning but not detected on Windows and no signal to monitor.

My GTX 1050 fans are spinning but its not detected on windows 10 and does not send signal. I tried installing the drivers but it says no nvidia hardware found. When I plug the HDMI into the motherboard I get signal but I dont want to use intel HD.

My pc specs are:
EVGA GTX 1050
Intel Pentium g4560
Asrock B250M HDV
8GB of crucial ram
500GB hdd
430W EVGA PSU

It could be a bad PCI-E slot on your motherboard. If you can find a 1x to 16x riser you can try one of the other slots to make sure its not the card thats bad. Or if you have another GPU you can test the 16x slot on your board.
