I would like to know if these will work and if the psu is enough for it. All is from amazon except for the graphics card it is from micro center. Thank you.
 
What budget? They are all compatible. But they are not good choices. Here is the list:

1) PSU is pretty bad. Get a better unit.

2) Single channel memory is not great. Get Dual Channel. Better performance.

3) i3 6100 is pretty old. Go for the 8th Gen.

4) Do not need 3rd party cooler for that CPU, stick with the included one.
