BENBOX engraving machine not functioning properly on Windows 10

I recently installed my benbox engraving machine software and drivers and all of a sudden I see that it says disconnect on the right top corner(with the engraving machine connected of course), and I really don t know what to do..
Is this a windows problem? Has anyone got Windows 10 installed and managed to install the benbox engraving software? Please help!

"Disconnect" may indicate a faulty cable. Or a loose connection between the plug and ports involved.

Reinstall the drivers to ensure that the error message is not due to some corrupted install.

Then go forward by trying another known working cable.

Next try connecting the benbox to another computer that is known to work.

Key is to narrow down the problem by elimination.
