Motherboard shows power light. Press the power button and all components light up, fan are connected to smart device by default (haven’t touched), but don’t spin on startup. No video signal, Mobo beeps or anything. Tried all the basic troubleshooting. NOTHING

Solution
with intel mb and cpu you now have two video cards in system and at first power up most mb turn the intel gpu on first. try powering up the pc see if video coming out the mb video ports. if it is go into the bios change primany display from auto to peg/pci. see if the video now comes out the gpu. if there no video from any of the ports. power down pull the gpu and one ram stick see if onboard video comes on. if not check that the standoffs are not shorting the mb out or the io shield. if they look fine pull the mb see if it posts outside of the case to rule out a dead short.

That beep is your motherboard saying what's wrong. Basically it's giving you post codes which can say what's wrong with the pc. What is your motherboard beeping? (E.g. long beep, 2x short beep)

is there an ez debug led somewhere on your motherboard and if yes, are the lights that are flashing up coming from the ez debug led?

None of the debug lights turn on, except for boot led for 3 seconds at the start, then it turns off.
The only other lights are the power to the motherboard light and the gpu, ram and cpu cooler lights
