So hey
I know there is a lot of threads on this topic, but nothing seems to work for me. Also sorry for my english im not a native speaker :)

So about a halfyear ago i built my PC
Its ryzen 5 1600 with 1050 ti 8gb kit of corsair ram 3000mhz and a corsair vs650 psu. I could not get it to boot with 2 ram sticks, just one. I ignored it at first, but then I wanted to play some more advanced games like gta v so i exchanged my mobo it was msi b350 gaming plus, now Asus strix B350-f. I tought it would fix by that but no. Also i forgot to mention that the vs650 broke so I got evga 550 b3 instead. So back to the problem. With one ram (doesnt matter which ram or slot) it boots just fine. But with 2 in any slots it just wont post. Mobo and fans turn on but nothing else. I tried reseting cmos, enabling the xmp profile, dismounting the CPU and mounting it again, but nothing worked. I am really tired of all this and still I dont know whats up. Thanks for aswer guys.

I think the bios are on the newest version but how do i know for sure? Where do you check that? Also, the ram kit was already rma-d once and it would be strange if they gave me 2 bad kits

Ryzen is picky with ram.
Is your kit supported?
One place to check is your motherboards web site.
Look for the ram QVL list. It lists all of the ram kits that have been tested with that particular motherboard.
Sometimes the QVL list is not updated after the motherboard is released.
For more current info, go to a ram vendor's web site and access their ram selection configurator.
Enter your motherboard, and you will get a list of compatible ram kits.

Best to contact Corsair with the problem.
They have the knowledge to diagnose those issues as well as the ability to give you a fix.
