Before I start I should probably say I'm fairly new to building Computers from scratch. Although, I have built a pc before and it did work.

OK, now to the problem. When it starts there aren't any beeps, the fans on everything work (graphics card, CPU fans , etc.) , all the LEDs seem to light up as well. Then I can go to the bios or just wait then it will get to the part where the windows logo appears and part way into the animation of the logo it stutters and then it freezes very briefly and then it goes back to the starting boot screen. And this will happen over and over. But I can press on the repairs option instead, however whenever I do try to do this my mouse and keyboard won't work so I can't do anything there. The mouse and keyboard do work, they've been tested on a different pc and they work on the bios.

I've turned off the automatic reboot thing and it ending up giving me the blue screen, saying that there was a problem, due to the hardware being changed. Another thing you should probably know is that I'm using the hard drive from my older pc which may be the problem.

Some things I've tried include resting the bios, downloading windows on a new hard drive from my other pc, using one ram stick a time in different slots. Using different Graphics cards, one AMD and the other NVIDA. The card that's in the pc does work as I've tested it in another pc. Also the PSU is from my other pc as well and it worked in that one, but I haven't yet tested to see if it still works. I also tried running the computer out of the case just in case. But in the end I still had the same problem even after doing all this.

If any of this is unclear, as it most likely is, please do ask and I'll do my best to elaborate.

Any Advice would be helpful. Thanks.

You are building a new computer using windows 7. Microsoft ended mainstream support for windows 7 on January 13, 2015. The only thing that microsoft is updating for Windows 7 till 2020 are the security updates(only). That been said you could be having drivers issues.

I really recommend windows 10 because microsoft will provide full support.

Windows 7 does not have support for usb 3.0 for installing. Since the 1151 and AM4 sockets you can only install on usb 3.0, that is why your keyboard and mouse dont work when installing windows 7. the only way to get around this is to have a board with PS2 ports or make your own copy of windows 7 with usb 3.0 drivers flashed into it.

In a down and dirty way this is how intel and amd are forcing you to move to windows 10. You will also have a hard time finding drivers for your board that will work with windows 7
