Memory Management Error in Windows 7 Ultimate

My computer keeps restarting and I get a blue screen that says I have memory management issues. I have run several diagnostics and the results say I have no issues.

Windows 7 Ultimate . Harddrive is less than a year old. Has 1TB of space and I have 12MB of memory and I rarely used more than 30% of it.

I have done all the updates for Windows and I have also updated all drivers that I know to update. I have read about updating BIOS but I am not sure exactly how to do that.

Can someone please give me some advice on what to do next?

Thank you

What memory configuration are you using?

First - run some diagnostic software. E.g.:

Second - run Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Performance Monitor - one at a time. One of those three may identify a problem.

Third - try the memory modules one at a time. Determine if you have a bad module.

Fourth - try Event Viewer to look for warnings or error codes just before the blue screens.
You can change the order as you deem appropriate.

The objective is to find the cause itself or some clue as to the cause.
