Hello!
I just got a new Computer with:
CPU:i3-7100 3.90Ghz
4GB DDR4
450W PSU
Motherboard GA-H110M-DS2

But anyway what I wanted to ask you is Palit GeForce GT 1030 2GB worth?
Now please don't reccomend me some GTX 1060 and VERY expensive cards like this..
I don't have much money..I can give 100$ to a card and if less the better for me.
I now can play LoL at Ultra.
But I can't play some games like GTA IV - V and CS:GO with very good Fps I got FPS drops..
So please can you tell me if GT 1030 2GB is worth? If not then reccomend me some cheap 70-100$ cards that I can buy,.

Yes, the GT 1030 is about the best card for under $100 right now, with the older GTX 750 Ti closely behind it. Great little card for 720p gaming and better than the iGPU on the i3-7100. It can do 1080p gaming fairly well too, but at reduced settings.

The RX-550 4GB is another good choice too, but a bit more than your $100 limit. About on a par with the GT 1030, but requires a bit more power.

Gfx card prices are extremely high right now due to the crypto-miners and the Chinese gaming surge, but the low end cards like the 1030 aren't normally affected by that.

In my country right now GT 1030 costs less than 80$ so I go with that..
Hmm Gigabyte Radeon RX 550 2GB costs 100$ in my country right now..

Oh I think I will buy GT 1030 2GB.. Please tell me do I need to download the drivers from the DvD that will come with GT 1030 2GB or download the nvidia drivers?

You can use either the drivers on the included disk, or the ones on Nvidia's website. Your choice. Or even let W10 updates find the driver for the card. (It's usually one version behind)
The ones on the Nvidia website will be the newest, of course. And may contain performance tweaks for the latest games.

If you want to spend the extra money for the RX-550, it is also a good choice. But they are pretty evenly matched cards depending on the game. Check out some "vs" videos.
