Ryzen 5 1600 + Wraith cooler OR Ryzen 5 1600X + Cryorig H7

I'm upgrading my PC soon and its one of those two CPU's I'm getting. The 1600 is only like $20 cheaper but it comes with a Wraith cooler. While the 1600X does not come with a cooler, but I currently do own a H7 cooler that I'm currently using (basically brand new).

I'm all about better performance, but is the Wraith cooler worth getting the not-as good CPU over?

Than go for 1600x, it's start frequency is higher and OCs much better. To catch up with 1600x, you'd need an aftermarket cooler anyway, original one is good only to get base frequency up to or a bit higher than that of x model. 20 bucks difference is well worth it, specially in your case when you already have decent cooler.
