Should I buy this used PC off of Craigslist?

I'm trying to buy a pc and I was debating between getting these two used pc's.
One of the pc's is a gtx 1080 pc with an I7 7700k for 1200 including a gaming monitor .

Computer Specs
- CRUCIAL 16GB 2x8 D4 2400 SPLT C

- CORSAIR CARBIDE 200 R WINDOW ATX CASE

- INTEL BOX INTEL CORE I7-7700K

- MS OEM WINDOWS10 64BIT COE

- ASUSCOMP PRIME Z270-AR 1151 ATX

- ASUSCOMP STRIX GTX 1080 8G D5X P

- COOLMAST HYPER 212 EVO UNIV HSF

- CORSAIR RMX650 FM ATX PSU

The other is a gtx 1060 3 gb pc for 670.
Core I7 7700 @3.6Ghz
MotherBoard Asus H270- Plus
MSI GTX 160 3GB
120GB SSD for boot
Western Digital 1TB Hard drive
600 Watt power supply
16GB ADATA XPG DDR 2400
windows 10

first one is better :
gtx 1080 alone is worth like 700-800 dollars these days .
first build also has better psu , better motherboard and K cpu for overclocking .
for 1 200 with monitor included that´s a steal (almost sounds too good to be true)

more commonly like $900-950 for a gtx 1080 alone.
So yeah at $1200 for a whole computer + monitor it's a pretty good deal.

depends on the region/country and if it´s brand new or used .
