If money is not a problem, then get a new system. What is your budget?

Yes that GPU will work with that Motherboard if it is a Pcie x16.

Yes, your PSU will be enough, and yes, the GPU is compatible with your MoBo, but no, the selected GPU might not fit into that case, as there is a severe restriction on space in that case. But you probably know that, as you consider buying a new case.

If money is not a problem, don't get a GTX with 3GB, but definitely go for a 6GB-model, as, even though ALL 1060 are way too expensive, the difference between 3GB and 6GB doesn't justify going with 3GB. 3GB is not enough, period, even for FullHD.

See TOM:

Alternative:
For reasons of space and thermals (the GTX 1060 gets hotter than the 745 you have, and needs auxiliary power from your PSU), and if you play on FullHD only, and, as all of us, think the prices are insane, consider a GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB without the need for auxiliary power. Then you don't need a new case as well. Then, wait until the mining-craze-bubble bursts, and the prices for GPUs come down - might take some time, though.

Almost any DIY-case is sufficient for your MoBo/1060/1050Ti combo, so go into a shop where you can have a look, and choose the one with the best price-to-looks ratio... ;-D
