Guys can you help me
i am buying a laptop and its coming in two configration

1st has M.2 2280 SATA Solid State Drive SSD
2nd has PCIe M.2 NVMe Class 40

can you tell me which one is faster

Solution
Differences:

NVMe + 4GB GPU
or
SATA + 2 in 1 laptop+tablet + 2GB GPU

The only benefit of the second one is the 2 in 1 function.
The first one has more GPU VRAM, and the NVMe drive.
For your use, you probably won't notice the NVMe difference, but the GPU will make a difference.

It it were me, I'd get the first one, with the 4GB GPU and NVMe.

The NVMe is "faster".
But depending on use, you may not notice, for the extra price.

What are you using this for?
What specific drives are they?
What laptop is this?
