Which one of the following is better when it comes to video game performance?

Pc 1:
CPU: Pentium G4560
Graphics card:GeForce GTX 1050 TI Palit
Mobo:MSI H110M PRO-D
Ram:Kingston DDR4 4 GB 2400 MHz
HDD:Seagate BarraCuda 1000 GB 7200 rpm

Pc 2:
CPU: i5-7400
Graphics card:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 (non ti)
Mobo:MSI H110M PRO-D
Ram:Kingston ValueRAM DDR4 4 GB 2400 MHz
HDD:Toshiba P300 1000 GB 7200 rpm

Pc 3:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Graphics card:ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 (non ti)
Mobo:MSI A320M
Ram:TeamGroup Elite DDR4 8 GB 2133 MHz
HDD:Seagate BarraCuda P300 1000 GB 7200 rpm

Pc 4:
CPU: i3-7100
Graphics card:Sapphire Radeon 560 PULSE
Mobo:ASUS H110M-K
Ram:Crucial DDR4 8 GB 2133 MHz
HDD:Seagate BarraCuda P300 1000 GB 7200 rpm

try to get at least something like this:

pentium 4560
cheap B250 chipset motherboard
1x8gb of ddr4 memory
gtx 1050 / 1050Ti (if you can)
at least 120gb ssd
at least corsair CX450M power supply or some seasonic S12II
and some non generic case: for example at least zalman Z1 or bitfenix comrade / nova / neos
they all have some flaws .
pc n1 would be the best pick (with the latest bios) because it has the most powerful graphics card
if only it wouldn´t have just 4gb of memory .

are those some pre build systems ?
what is your budget and what region are you from ?

what is your budget and what region are you from ? The budget is around 650 usd but I'm from Romania and here pc parts are like 20 dollars more....
