When I tried to tab out of my csgo match, my monitor went black and displayed no signal, the sound from my game continued. I tested the monitor and DVI cable connected to the graphics card with another computer, and there were no problems. I then reinstalled the graphics card and it still displayed no signal. I turned off my computer and after 10 or so minutes I turned it back on and everything was working. It seems to be fine now but I'm really worried I might have damaged my graphics card and because I don't know what happened, I don't now how to prevent it from happening again.

First see if this keeps happening. One crash in a game does not always mean it's a card issue.
