beats studio while gaming

i have two headsets, asus cerberus and beats studio. Asus works fine when i plug it in and when i use test tones they are perfectly synced i.e. left to left and right to right but when i use the beats then the left tone is sent to both the pieces and is louder while the right tone is also sent to both but is not as loud. I really wanna use beats to play Rainbow Six siege but because of this problem i cant make out if enemy is to my left or right. Please help.

I have seen that when the plug does not make full contact into the jack, is the size of the plug blocking at all to get full contact to all the pins in the jack? In searches it seem like one end is a 90-degree plug that may be your blocker - a quick fix may be to get an audio cable extension cord like this may be what you need to get full connection.
