I hve intel Pentium n3700, 8gb ram and intel hd graphics 5500.CAN I RUN GTA 5 OR ANY OTHER LATEST GAMES??

No. Cpu is really weak and the gpu is mean for webbrowsing. You can play some very easy to run games that released to day but thats about it.

No, the intergrated graphics isn't sufficient for any current gen games.
