Hi, i just recently installed a new motherboard, gpu, ddr4 ram, cpu, and watercooler in my computer. When i plug it in to turn it on, it starts for half a second then shuts off. Mother board, fans, gpu, and the watercooler all light up and spin for a moment, then shut down. I double checked all of the cables from the power supply, reset sw, power sw, hd led, are all where they should be. I even reset the CMOS just in case, and still nothing. What could be the issue?

CPU: Intel core I5 8600k
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb ddr4
Power supply: OCZ 700W (old but still working)
Water cooler: Corsair H75
