USB Ports Not Working

So I baught an MSI montherboard with an i7 7800 Processor and I installed windows 7, it was all good mouse working and keyboard as well but nothing else worked in the USB 2.0 ports at the back so only keyboard and mouse worked, when I updated the USB no USB port works now, I am forced to use a PS2 mouse I looked all over the internet and cant seem to find a solution any ideas ? :)

Also they work up to the BIOS but when Windows start they dont and I also tried to edit some stuff in BIOS no sucess :( so i put everything back to normal.

windows 7 is missing the drivers for the newer mb. durning the install if you can do an f6 special driver install then have the newest intel chipset drivers ready. if not find old program 7lite try making an updated iso image with the newest drivers. if not see if microsoft give you a free windows 10 key. windows 10 is the only microsoft os that run on the newer intel chipset mb.

so what you just said is that first I should try to reinstall windows 7 and do this F6 thing or
Find an old program to update to new drivers or
hope for a mirracle and get a windows 10 ?

k thanks will try something, heared about that F6 stuff not quite sure bout it
