What is the best budget friendly gaming mouse with at least 6 extra macro buttons?

Hi people!
So far I have been using the Red-Dragon gaming mouse with 15 buttons and it has been pretty good but I kind of want to upgrade since it is a few years old. I play a lot of open world sandbox games and first person shooters like Battlefield 1 and CSGO. I use at least 6 extra macro buttons on my mouse not all 15 so I was wondering if there is a similar mouse but with 6 buttons and preferably RGB but I don't have to have RGB. Would be nice but not mandatory. The main thing is the responsiveness of the mouse and how good it is for gaming and the 6 buttons since I use them a lot for my different games and media functions. I know that the obvious choice would be Razer or Corsair or something but not sure what is a budget friendly option, preferably in British Pounds not dollars.
Many thanks in advance!!

The VicTsing only has 2 side buttons, and counts all buttons and even the scroll up / down to get the button count to 8, which is rather odd - the G402 at least has 5 side buttons so that may work, and is a bit pricey at £40... To get 6 on the side or more, that's a tough one... the G602 is an option, but not really budget friendly at £51.

There is another MMO mouse, the Havit MS735 which has the same 12-button array on the side and uses a PMW3360 for a decent optical FPS experience - may be the best bang-per-buck choice (£27) that has an edge over the old redragon MMO which I believe is a laser mouse, so the 3360 would be an undoubted improvement... and it is RGB!
I'm pretty sure that doesn't have enough buttons for what they're looking for. They're looking for a mouse with at least 6 "extra" buttons. It sounds like they have something like this right now...

I don't actually have any recommendations, since I've only owned mice with at most eight total buttons, but you might try searching Amazon for "MMO mouse" to get an idea of other mice that have lots of extra buttons...

Newegg has nice product sorting options, and you can filter mice by their number of buttons. Here's the mice sold by newegg with 9+ buttons (including the main two plus wheel), sorted by price, for example...

I do suspect that the mouse you already have is probably decent enough as it is though, unless there's something you don't like about it.
