When I use my gaming pc often I seem to get this, ‘Clock_Watchdog_Timeout’ when I log back on my cpu has 99+ degrees. I haven’t replaced the thermal compound in a while so that might be it. Is there any easy fix?

Sounds like a really, And i mean. Really bad overheating problem. You're CPU should not be over 99+ degrees. I recommended to look at the CPU and make sure it has not melted to the board. And check for thermal paste. After making sure its getting lots of air. Try again. if not. something is very wrong. A simple google search of "Clock_Watchdog_Timeout Blue screen error" can help you out alot though.
