for just 30 dollars it is worth it
but ideally i7 upgrade would be better .
it also depends on what are you primarily using your pc for .
if gaming is your main concern then gtx 950 will be the problem and a bottleneck .
for work tasks you really should be aiming for the i7 and another 8gb of ram .
