Hey i have Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and i have 4gb ram installed but only 2gb usable i tried with msconfig but it didnt work can somebody help

This is correct. By the way, you may have more memory than needed allocated to your integrated video adapter. You can usually adjust the amount of memory for that in your BIOS. Allocate only what is needed, freeing up memory for the rest of the system.
