suggest a good gaming mouse?

If you don't count uncle sam, the G300s is on sale at best buy, has 9 buttons so it may meet your needs nicely.

If you can muster an extra $5, the G203 is a more traditional style, a bit smaller and has a better sensor - great for claw grip and the light weight make a great twitch fps mouse, well worth it unless you need the extra buttons for MOBA play.

I had the M601...

I found this for 14$ with adjustable DPI up to 9200 and 8 buttons
There is also this for 30$, I know it's a bit over your budget but it has 17000 adjustable DPI and 18 programmable buttons....

You choose....

I had the M601, it really was not too bad for the price and eventually gave it away to a good friend of mine when I upgraded - he thinks its great and plays CS:GO all the time. If the G300s or G203 are not available in your area or way over budget it should work fine.

I also read an article about the Tecknet in PCG recently, it's pretty much the same, so either would work for you. I never got my hands on one so I can't comment on its feel or performance.
