Havent had custom build pc in a decade. Recently had a bit of income and also got married yey!, so I'm planning to leave my Lenovo Y50-70 Laptop for my wife and build myself a good mid range rig for arround 700 euros if possible less :)

Please help me out , any addvice would be very grateful!

I've uploaded some picturs of the parts that are sold in Portugal please take a look below

or here is the list of parts I've chose at the moment:

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 ( 177.86€ )
CPU Cooler: Stock ( Free)
GPU : I have two choises here rather I go with cheaper 3GB version for 229€ or 6gb for 289€
Is it worth saving 60€?
Zotac GeForce GTX1060 ( 229.90€ )
Motherboard: I dont know which one to choose yet so lets say around ( 70€ )
RAM: Kingston 8GB HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2400MHz CL15 (87.65€)
PSU: not sure which one yet but around (35€) less if possible 600/650W?
HDD: I have Crucial MX300 275GB SATA 2.5 ( FREE )
Case: 30-35€ +/-

Total at the moment: +/- 635€

Solution
definitely go with 6gb edition of gtx 1060 :
not only does it have twice as much VRAM but also a bit more raw power .
anything under 350 euros is still a great price .

you need faster memory for ryzen cpu : i would also buy a kit of two for dual channel :

you will add extra 2x4gb of ram later on

motherboard: https://www.kuantokusta.pt/informatica/Componentes/Motherboards/Asrock-AB350M-PRO4-90-MXB520-A0UAYZ-p-1-515705

this is a great budget case: https://www.kuantokusta.pt/informatica/Caixas/Caixas/BitFenix-Comrade-Black-BFC-COM-100-KKXS1-p-1-346449

you need to invest more into your power supply...

you need to invest more into your power supply though (you will not get a good one 550-650w psu for 35 euros)
get at least this one: https://www.kuantokusta.pt/informatica/Caixas/Fontes-de-Alimentacao/Seasonic-S12II-520W-S12II-520-p-1-141986
