I bought a new ram Zion ddr3 4gb ram for an upgrade.
My pc specs are-
Mobo : Biostar g41d3c ddr3
Current RAM : Dynet ddr3 2gb ram
Gpu: gt710 zotac
Cpu: intel e5700 3.00 gHz
The ram says it is 1600 but motherboard support till 1333. Will it work or do i have to exchange it.
And also how do i clear CMOS in it...
Plz answer ASAP

Solution
Clear the CMOS by removing the motherboard battery for about 10 seconds. Then replace. (Or using jumpers if you have them on your motherboard).

If the motherboard only supports up to 1333, then the RAM should still be fine (assuming its on the approved RAM list for that motherboard) - but it will simply downlock itself to 1333.So basically, your RAM will be running at slightly lower performance.
