I'm building a computer for trading stocks. Some of these trading platforms are pretty demanding, and I'll be running a couple different platforms while having research windows open. I need to know what else I need for my computer or if theres a component that's cheaper and just as good that I need, if one of the components is unnecessary for the rest of the parts.

2 Dell Ultrasharp 4k monitors (possibly buy a 3rd in the future)
Intel i7 8700 Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.7 Ghz
Hxi Series HX1000i 80 plus Platinum
GTX 1080 8GB GDDR5X
CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000) C15 - Intel 100/200 Series Desktop Memory (does anybody know if the RGB can stay only one color, like purple? I'm doing a purple theme)
Need help with the motherboard
512 GB SSD

Thats about all I have right now, once again if one component is unneccessarily more powerful than the others, please guide me at what I should be looking at instead or what to upgrade. Theres also supposed to be a liquid cooling cpu part I just didn't list it as well as a few purple fans. Thanks guys!

You don't benefit from 4x8GB RAM. 2x16GB will be better for the 8700. I am not a big fan of AIO water coolers, but as long as you use the monitoring software to ensure the pump is functioning they are OK. Is that SSD an M.2? It should be. The only motherboard type available for the 8700 is a Z370. You don't need anything too fancy. Since you have aesthetic requirements, I don't have a recommendation for a motherboard.

So the extra 16 Gb of RAM is basically pointless for me, even with several trading platforms? My laptop has 16 Gb and it sometimes slows down from the apps. Thanks for all the help!
