Newly Built PC Won’t Start

I just created my first pc and tried to put it all together according to multiple guides and videos I’ve seen. But when I finished and tried to turn it on the PC would do nothing. All that would happen is the fans would move an inch and then stop. And the leds connected to the motherboard from the case would flash then turn off. Can anyone help me with my problem. I used the $1000 guide from this website

Do you see any error codes? There is usually a two digit display o the board, that delivers Power-on self-test error codes in such cases.

OK. Look at page 4 of your motherboard manual. There are 4 LEDs in the corner of the motherboard. What do they do? Do you have a speaker connected to the pins on the F_PANEL connector (page 16 in the user's manual).

The leds in the corner do not light up. I can’t even get the less on the case to light up anymore.
