So recently I've been having problems with my Lenovo pc... It's old but It ran completely fine until now. I opened task manager and saw the disk at 100% using only 1 MB/s Speed.
The Speed fluctuaded from 1 to 20 MB/s which was really worrying. I decided to run a chkdsk /r and let It run over night. It gave zero errors except for the log error 50. After that i turned my PC on and It worked fine. After a few days the problem returned and this time Windows crashed. I tried booting in safemode but while It was booting It crashed again bringing me back to the bsod. I decided to shut down my PC and take off the battery. That fixed the issue but I knew It was a temporary fix; in fact After a week It happened again. Every time It happens It gets worse and now I can't boot up the device o matter what i do. I'd like to know if you guys have any fixes for my problem.
My PC:
8gigs of RAM
I5 2.5 GHz
800 GB hdd
Windows 8.1
25 GB of SSD(which I'm Pretty Shure doesn't contain the OS)

I'll leave a link to a photo of the chkdsk report. http://imgur.com/snEJ0Wb

P.s. Sorry for the spelling mistakes i'm italian.

Solution
Being as you are not comfortable repairing the issue yourself, bringing it to a repair shop was a wise choice IMO.

Hopefully have recent backups of at least the important stuff.

normaly HDDs arent repairable when it comes to disks dieing or anything internaly, altho the common cause is the board, when its like your issue, its the inside of the drive not the board.,... you need a new one
whats the space on it? Removed
