Hi, my first post.
So I have 8+ year old PC, I don't play much games but it's getting too slow even for old ones.
AMD X4 955 black (3.2GHz)
4GB DDR2 800MHz ram
amd 5870 (I upgraded that, bought it used cca 1 year ago).
corsair 650W psu (upgraded that cca 5 years ago)
ssd 850 evo 250GB (bought it 1 year ago, no regrets) + hdd 640gb wd

my question is, what is a biggest bottleneck? I have freshly bought 27" FHD LCD (hp 27er).
I believe gpu is solid, cpu is also not the worst (although pretty old). My guess would be only 4GB of fslow ddr2 ram, am I right?

tnx for all the advices guys ;)

Solution
4gb of ram is the biggest problem .

but the entire system is just too old .
5870 doesn´t have enough VRAM for newer games .
and old phenom will bottleneck more powerful and more modern video cards .
if you only play older games and do basic stuff (watching videos , movies , web browsing)
adding extra 4gb of ram will help and you can buy it for like 25-30 dollars .

but if you want to play new games and you can invest at least 700 dollars or more then build a new system .
