Just trying my luck here if someone could explain to me why BIOS has a normal voltage reading as seen on the picture and 3rd party softwares like HWInfo64 & HWMonitor shows unlikely voltage reading. Which is the most accurate and the one to trust? I am using two motherboards and two power supplies but still has identical problem, Emx-A55GM iCafe V1.2 & Intel Desktop Board DG41RQ (i know its old but still working)

thank you sir..putting my mind at ease for now..but why is the voltage reading not accurate using this 3rd party software? is it the motherboards are too old for it to be accurately enough to be read?
