Can something like this be used to convert my old internal LG Blu Ray drive to an external blu ray drive? I rarely even use the thing, but some of my older games and software are still on disk, and my new case doesn't have internal optical drive capability. Note: I really don't care if the drive, itself, is in a case. I'll probably only plug it in to use it once in a blue moon. All I care about is powering it and connectivity.
