Recently I have found that my speedtest is ~95Mbps from speedtest.net , where I usually got >600Mbps before. I have investigated many things such as duplex, the modem and router setup, drivers ,cable twist etc.

Until today I have found that one of the 8 pins inside the LAN port of my laptop is gone.Is there anyway I can transfer data as if the pin was still there?

Solution
You got lucky I suspect and damaged the "right" pin.

To get gigabit speeds you need all four pairs of wires. 100mbps ethernet only uses 2 pairs of wires BUT they must be the pairs that connect to pins 1,2 and 3,6. If you had damaged any of those pins the port would not function at all. With a broken connection the port will at maximum run at 100mbps which is what you are seeing when you test at 95mbps because of the overhead in the data packets.
I would imagine a missing contact on the LAN port would be like using a bad LAN cable with one contact not crimped all the way. This could very well cause issues, while still working for the most part. Can you try testing speeds connecting to a different device other than your laptop (a different laptop or desktop)?
