Ok, so the title is self explanatory but im getting only about 20-45 fps with my dedicated gaming graphics card Nvidia GeForce 940mx while I'm getting 30-49 fps with my Intel Integrated Graphics Card. I have a Intel core i5-7200U 2.5Ghz with turbo boost to 3.1 GHz. I have a texture pack installed and everything at low settings in MC.

Acer Aspire E5-575G

Processor: Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHZ-3.1GHz

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 940mx with 2gb dedicated vram and Integrated Intel graphics card

Laptop on high performance

Nothing other than MC is on

It's also worthy to note that my laptops running on high performance (not battery saver) with Razer Cortex. I have latest Java Installed with latest drivers. Modded Minecraft like skyfactory runs on 20 fps with 4 render distance and everything on low. Normal Minecraft still runs higher on 6-8 render distance in case you need something to compare. CSGO also runs around 90-110 fps and rocket league runs around 69-80 fps. My laptop is actually using the CPU fully and I know how to run minecraft with integrated or nvidia card so that wouldn't be the issue. I also allocated 4-6 gbs of ram into minecraft but no change.

Solution
Well, these pre-built desktops & laptops normally come with all kinds of pre-installed bloatware that you don't need(and consumes CPU/memory). A clean installation of Windows 10 would probably help things a little bit.
You could also try plugging in a flash drive and using it as additonal memory(readyboost). I have not tried that before myself, but have heard of people doing so to help with system performance: https://techviral.net/how-to-increase-ram-using-usb-pendrive/

The problem is the video card. Minecraft oddly enough is a demanding game(GPU wise). I have an older laptop with a GTX 970 and the FPS isn't that great(especially when flying around). Although on my main laptop(which has 2 GTX 1070's) the game plays just fine. Oh another odd thing, it also plays better on my old 2014 Macbook Pro(which has Intel graphics)

Do you think there's any workaround? I've used stuff like optifine. Also, I've seen people use the same video card and still get more fps than me, at least 60, maybe 80.
